About Healthy Greens

Hi my nick name is Charlie can you remember when you were a child or maybe you still are, and your mother used to say you have to eat your greens, because they will make you healthy? Healthy Greens is dedicated to all the mothers who have quoted those famous words. A number of my people have started to post questions in relation to healthy foods please feel free to join in. Hopefully over time healthy greens will grow and if you eat your greens so will you.

At the end of 2009 people said that I should add articles related to other healthy topics and products such as "healthy coffee" and products you can use to help you be healthy, for example like juicing.  I said I would,  I also was asked to add my photo to the site as some readers have asked if I was male or female. I will look and see if I can find a picture that I can add, but no promises
